Madrid Part II: Getting to Know My Surroundings 

The thing I love most about Madrid is the incredible architecture and picturesque streets that fill the city. The residence I am staying in this semester is down the block from Plaza Mayor.

Right around the corner from Plaza Mayor is Puerta del Sol and in the other direction from Puerta del Sol is the Royal Palace. Even when I go for a short walk, I see something magnificent, and every street holds new treasure.

My room here in  Madrid is tiny, but the location of the apartment is amazing! Madrid is Beautiful!
